Mack and his team were exceptional in their communication with me from the minute I reserved a room in downtown Seattle for my four month stay until check out. Everything went smoothly and I appreciated that he was available as needed. The room was very clean, the furniture modern, all the kitchen supplies were available, and location could not have been better; they went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Mack met me upon my check in and gave me plenty of advice regarding activities and restaurants in the area. Fees, Deposits, Cancellation Policies (For stays greater than 29 days)

  • 50% of 1st month's rent due within 72 hours of reservation

  • $300 refundable security deposit. Will be paid back within 3-6 days of check out if there is no damage to the unit or contents in the unit.

  • $500 pet deposit (Pets are allowed on a case by case basis)

Cancellations 

  • For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in.

  • 30 day early notice for cancellation required. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. 

  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. 

  • If there is an extenuating circumstance that comes up, we will handle this on a case by case basis, and do our best to refund you a fair sum.

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. 

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.

Q: What form of payments do you accept?

A:We accept credit card payment through our website, by check, PayPal, or Venmo. 

Q: Will you provide an invoice that I may show my employer/accountant?

A: Yes, we would be happy to provide you an invoice.

Q: Do you offer discounted pricing for return customers or referrals?

A: Yes! Depending on the season and availability, we offer weekly and monthly discounts for return customers/referrals.

Q: How do I get the keys to my corporate suite? 

A: It varies depending on the suite. Some of our corporate suites you access with a key code , meet a greeter, or have a physical key to get into the rental. Once your date gets closer, you will receive access information for your specific rental. We try to make sure there is a set of keys to every 2 people in the rental.

A: 3:00 pm Check In, 11:00am check out


Q: What is provided in the properties? 
A: All of our corporate suites come fully furnished and a fully stocked kitchen that includes basic kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Our suites also include linens, towels, hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and a washer/dryer. We also offer internet, and a Google Chromecast or Roku TV to watch Netflix and Hulu in each rental. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we can do our best to accommodate you.


Q: Is there is minimum number of days that I may book your suite? Is there a maximum?
A :It varies. For some properties, we do require stay's longer than 29 days. For other's we can host you for a minimum of 2 days. Please inquire for more information.


Q:  I've been asked to be screened. Why?

A: In order to operate corporate housing and vacation rentals with some of our properties, we are required to provide a simple background screening for all guests. We use Cozy.co for our screenings. Q: What if I have an emergency? Who do I call? 
A: If there is ever an emergency within a unit (gas leak, water leak, electrical problem, etc.) you can reach us during our office hours. If there is ever an emergency within the rental during after-hours, we have an emergency number that you will receive in your final travel documents. This number (888) 951-4454 will connect you to one of our employees to assist you right away.


Q: An issue came up during my stay, who do I contact? 
A: We ask you to please let us know during your stay if not everything is up to your standards or if you’ve noticed something is broken. We have a full-time Property Manager who can be reached at (888) 951-4454, so most cases we are able to solve the issue same-day. If we’re unable to solve the issue in a timely manner, we will contact you regarding follow up for the inconvenience.


Q: I’m planning to rent with you a month or longer, what is included with the rent?
A: All utilities, cable, high-speed internet, and access to apartment community and amenities are included when you stay with us 29 nights or longer. Please contact us for monthly rates.


The best in Seattle! I’m a traveling Cardiac Specialist so I have stayed in my fair share of rentals. Lilly, Mack and the rest of the team went out of their way to make me feel at home, I stayed in other rentals throughout Seattle and nothing compared to my stay with Luxe hubs. Mack originally met me so I could see the apartment first and answer any and all of my questions. He was extremely nice and welcoming so I rented on the spot. I stayed in the Coppins Well building in First Hill. Amazing building with awesome amenities! My apartment was very nice, clean and stocked with everything I needed for my two month stay. They even brought me extra sheets one night! They truly went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They even allowed me to move to a higher floor a couple weeks into my stay so I could have a better view. If you’re looking for a trustworthy landlord to rent from these are your people! I would definitely recommend them to my friends/family and plan on staying with them again if I come back to Seattle!
